Horrible Service! – The service is terrible! The pizza bar is advertised to close at 2:00. I went at 1:30, and it was already closed. They guy behind the pizza bar, who is always rude, yelled "The pizza bar is closed!"and threw his hands up in the air and shooed my away like a fly! I stood there in amazement, and he yelled again, "Go to the hot bar! No more pizza here!" I went to the hot bar, and the guy behind the counter said he could microwave my pizza. Classy. Don't go! Customer service is horrible! – The only other review posted here about Sam and Wally's was from 2004 and sadly, it is still very accurate (it is now 2009). I work in the same building as this establishment and have given it chance after chance throughout the last 5 years. I keep going back in hopes that they have improved and am continually disappointed. The staff, including the owners (Sam or Wally) are extremely rude, loud, they rush you through your order, and have very poor customer service in general. I have ... read more

McDonald's has better service – If you are looking for good service, the McDonald's around the corner, sadly enough, is the better bet. Ordering apparently involves being yelled at by the staff behind the counter. After two tries, they still could not get my sandwich right. I did not try a third time, because I did not want to get snapped at or yelled at again.
