Everything about this place is perfect. Easy (uncomplicated) appointment scheduling, easy free parking, clear directions in the building and front help desk to find the office, easy check in, short wait (8 minutes), saw the: nurse, got an x-ray, saw Dr. Carlson (unhurried, pleasant/ friendly, knowledgeable, good communicator, explained x-ray and treatment options quickly and clearly), then scheduler all in about 20 minutes.
