Sam gave me an estimate by phone and i sent him pictures. I asked him to pass by to see the project and he did when came to see the project he increased the price that I accepted. Today he came to do the job with an employee but he said there was too much work and he wants $1000 additionally to the price he was agreed to continue doing the job.
