The reason for only one star on this review is because I had an issue with some shears that I purchased on January 9th 2020.I contacted the customer service department and a woman by the name of Michelle asked me to contact Precision Edge who does the repair work for Sam Villa.I sent the shears to Percision Edge then Michelle called me back and ended up accusing myself and my clients of abusing the shears.
