I met with Mr Sam t and was in a difficult situation with some plumbing and like an angel from heaven he gave me a solid solution thanks again and I will be spreading the word about you....
We had an emergency when our outside garden hose ripped the spicket out of the wall and was shooting water all over the yard. We could not find anybody to come out on a Saturday evening, except for Sam T.! Philip was so kind and explained everything he needed to do and fixed us up better than before! Highly recommend!
It was done incorrectly at first and then a guy noticed it and fixed it. It took twice as long due to this; however i was grateful.
The representative sent to view my bath mod. site was thorough and knowledgable, even provided some great altennate thoughts.
Everything was great. Quick service call based on emergency and what can I say about Phillip. Did great work, explained things along the way, and is an amazing human being. Just a joy to interact with. Hard to say that an emergency expense of around 1k is a good experience, but Phillip made it feel that way.
