Everything was great. Quick service call based on emergency and what can I say about Phillip. Did great work, explained things along the way, and is an amazing human being. Just a joy to interact with. Hard to say that an emergency expense of around 1k is a good experience, but Phillip made it feel that way.

I had a small plumbing emergency when no one carried the cartridge I needed, so I had to order it online. When I tried to remove the old cartridge, part of it was stuck in the valve. I called Sam T's and Phillip was able to come to my house within a few hours (a couple other plumbers couldn't come out until the following week). Phillip was happy to provide me with some insight on what my next steps should be. We also developed a plan, should there be any problems with the valve itself. I called Sam T’s in the morning and they showed up in an hour to help diagnose the problem. Phillip was courteous, professional and explained the whole process. Will definitely use again if needed.
