Worst service ever!!!!!!!. Came to fix a leak at 6 am. Spent ten minutes and only tightened a fitting. Of course, that did not fix it. Each service call, he insisted on 6 am time for service, but was always late by 1/2-1 hour. 2/3s of the time he called after being an hout late to cancel or postpone. Eventually, decided that the pump needed to be replaced to fix the leak. He took a full price deposit and never did install the new motor/pump. Fred Tuttle and his son Paul were professional, courteous and honest with an evaluation of my concerns with the hot tub. Best of all, since no immediate service was required, even though they spent time opening up and testing the tub, they didn't charge me for the visit. I used this company in the past and will continue to give them my customer loyalty-honest guys!!!!
