They parked a huge crane on my property without asking me and blocked my entire property all day. They then stacked a brush pile in front of the driveway. No common sense at all. Then as I try to get in my drive way the worker was blowing stuff all over my truck. They removed our mailboxes also without asking. No communication at all. Maryland tree experts blow these people out of the water!
After contacting several tree services, I am very pleased with using Sam's. Isaac and his team did an amazing job removing a 80' tall Sugar Maple in the backyard, and finishing up a job of two Norway Maples in the front yard, that was started by another company that failed to finish after I had paid him half the money. Broke multiple things in my yard when I confronted his guys they told me my stuff wasn’t nice anyway.could not believe he said it. It went south from there. Threw one of his workers off my property. Horrible experience stay away from him.i had to pick one star to post but they don’t deserve it
I had 3 huge white pine trees that were over 50 years old removed by Sam the tree guy today. I have had this company do many tree removals over the years and the service is excellent! They always go the extra mile! Very tidy and careful. I am so thrilled!
Never in my 32 years have I ever had a tree company, chippers and chainsaws blaring at even before 7 am. People shouldn't have to wake up to that, it is inconsiderate on another level. I would never recommend anyone to use a company that very rudely disturbs people so early.
