Where to start with Sam. Same did two jobs for me and both jobs he caused property damage. The one tree which he was contracted to remove hit the house and caused severe damage. The crew left the job without even contacting me. It took several hours and multiple phone calls to get in touch . Sam came out and said he would make it right. I had an incredible experience with this Company. They were professional, very polite and very knowledgeable. This is the second big job I had done using Sam the Tree Guy. The crew is top notch at not only getting the job done, but in a safe manner. I didn't expect 8 large oak trees to be removed in one day, on top of that to make the area like they were never there.
