The shorter lady with glasses was the Rudest receptionist ever. I have a few large projects in Victoria I was wanting help with. The moment I met her she couldn’t be less interested and was just super abrupt. I’ll go elsewhere, what a way to make a customer feel like shit!
Marty and the team did an amazing job with our garden bed. They showed incredible attention to detail and genuine care throughout the whole process. You can tell they take real pride in their work—going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We’ve used this company many times before and always had great experiences, which makes this recent one so disappointing. The pavers we bought were clearly defective — inconsistent thicknesses of up to 10mm — yet instead of taking responsibility, the company blamed our tiler and installation.
