We used SAM twice, 10 years apart, when we were moving between houses. We have been very pleased with the service both times. Amazingly, when I recontacted them for our latest move, he remembered my address from the first time! We had 4 containers dropped on our driveway for the move out, and arranged a packing and loading crew. They were picked up in stages as they were loaded. Sam Store & Move - Dallas Storage & Moving Containers deserves 5 stars! They were very responsive and affordable, and the container arrived clean and ready to use. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage or moving solutions. Just a heads up—check local ordinances, as some cities limit the days a container can stay on a residential lot and may require a permit -- learned the hard way.
Amazing customer service from finding out about container sizes and prices to scheduling. Everything can be done online but just as easily talk to Steve and get your container needs met. Prices were cheaper than other competitors. Customer service is quick and efficient. You are able to contact Steve via email or phone and get answers quickly. Would recommend to anyone.
