I worked with Sam. During the home purchase, I explicitly asked if the HOA had any peculiar rules or restrictions. Sam assured me there were none and provided the HOA covenants; however, he failed to include a critical annex/amendment. ​After 10 months, I had to relocate and planned to rent out the property as an investment. Sam found the ideal home with the more that ideal location for me much faster than I had planned for. For that I am extremely grateful. Also, no one but Sam could have made the "selling your home" experience any better. Sam can market with style, convey ideas with ease, and negotiate like a boss, all while lowering the stress level. I lived in one of Sam's rental properties for 2 years, and he was the best landlord I have ever had. I can speak to his character in that he is super personable, fair, professional, and knowledgable. When we had questions or needed help with the house, he was quick to respond and take action to ensure we had everything we needed.
