What a ripoff - called to have someone come and fixed a clogged kitchen sink for my 93 yr old mom. They sent a sales guy - not the person to do the work - he walked the house and charged $4400 for the entire job! I called and told him not to do the work - she couldn't afford it - he said it was too late. They sent a nice plumber who was there for 6 hours, no expensive parts and I am sure he had no idea that my mom was being charged $4400.

The plumber Robert was extremely helpful. In addition to the issues that we knew we needed addressed, he found a couple of other problems that really needed to be taken care of. He is returning on Monday to get everything taken care of. Very pleased with him as well as Emma who made sure that someone came out right away.
