so I called on Christmas Day and Raymond showed up the next day and helped figure out a solution to frozen drain..This guy is the best service ever ! No Kidding.Did I mention he would'nt accept any payment ?

Sam and sons are a joke...Don't call if it's an emergency.I called and some kid answers and and asked was I the landlord and I said yes then they asked for my tenants number and started calling them and told them they were coming which ended up being a lie.They never called me the landlord back or my tenant and they couldn't use the bathroom all night now my tenants are looking at me bad for hiring incompetent people a total scam do not hire VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
