I live in Oakland,California, but sold my Washington Condo with the aid of the Solovey Brothers, Sam and Joe. The process was very smooth and efficient. They provided many papers for me to sign electronically by e-mail; located and dealt with all the handymen that worked to fix my condo before the showing; made themselves extremely accessible, including after hours.
