Went in to pick up a small bouquet for my wife and grabbed a pre-made one from the cooler. Without me saying a word, the associate behind the counter took the time to freshen it up—removing a few stems that were past their prime and replacing them with fresh ones. It was a small gesture, but it showed real pride in the product and attention to detail. Very happy with the experience. Highly recommend.
I got my bridal bouquet and a boutonniere from Leafelle. I didn't know anything about flowers and they were patient and helpful with identifying what I wanted based on reference photos. The bouquet and boutonniere were done beautifully, perfectly aligned with what I wanted, and ready on time with no issues.
