I had 5 windows under warranty and hired Sam smith glass to install for a little over 1000. Problem is the large window came in broke, they sent Sam smith another window, which broke while they were installing it. The warranty company sent another window, Sam smith company installed it on a cold day. The day it was installed it had condensation so we couldn't see anything. The next day I noticed a 12 " crack.
