The service was amazing
My Mercedes SUV had AC issues. My regular mechanic, Williams Auto Service, diagnosed compressor failure. They sent me here as they don't do this kind of work. It was an excellent experience from 1st phone conversation to pick-up of my repaired vehicle. Excellent communication by JR at reception to discussion with Sam as far as what to do for the future to keep the SUV running perfectly. I highly recommend this shop to service your Mercedes.
Taking my vehicle to Sam Smith was a positive and educational experience. The service was top notch and the process of explaining everything and photos of all concerns was very educational. Great Job....My vehicle will be apart of that family moving forward.

How was my service? Expensive but worth it and better than the dealership! After being severely dissappointed by the service at the Benz dealership, I said there's got to be better.
