Sam has changed my life for the better. For years with all the traveling and repeated trauma I've put my body through as a professional wrestler there were times when I could barely walk. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and is constantly improving. Many sleepless nights were avoided thanks to her massage work and I have been fortunate to be able to continue to participate in my profession and live a normal mostly pain free life at home!
Sam is one of the best massage therapists I've been to! My sessions usually leave me sore for a day or two (similar to how your muscles are sore after exercising), but I always see significant improvement in my pain after that initial period of soreness. The area of my back between my shoulder blades gets so tight and full of knots sometimes I can barely move my arms without pain, and I've found massage therapy to be the best solution. For those seeking relief, nothing is better than a massage session with Sam!!
A great massage therapist, she was able to spot the exact muscle that had the injury.
Sam has an ability to sense where your pain is coming from, find it's center and make it go away. Her trigger point therapy is the best I've ever had! She helped me fix an ongoing shoulder/neck injury I'd been dealing with and I cannot be more thankful!!
definitely 10/10 recommend! I was comfortable the whole time, she made sure I was all good during the massage and after. :)
