O.D. Shields seemed to be very different than my previous visits. He was very impatient and even seemed frustrated with me during my last visit. I literally asked him if he could go back to a lens that he was checking and he sighed heavily and asked if “I could read the last line or not?” And very rudely I might add. As a patient of any medical practice, I expect a level of professionalism and emotional intelligence to be present. O.D Shields definitely did not display that in my last visit.
