Dr Serouya Explained everything about the colonoscopy before and after A wonderful person to deal with , as were the rest of the people.
I was a patient of Dr. Serouya's a few years ago, he took care of me for a complicated polyp removal - he was excellent, as was his staff - very professional and caring. I'm seeing him again soon for my three year follow up.
Dr. Serouya was unreal. I was panicked about a stomach issue I was having, and he was a calming force who made the process of having an endoscopy much easier than it could have been. Tremendous bedside manner, and very attentive post procedure. A great doctor!
Very bad experience with this doctor. He sends internal doctor to see you even when he books you for surgery, instead of seeing you in person and to explain your conditions and concerns. I got suprised when i saw him 2 minutes before surgery. BUT, if something bad happens to you he will find time to see and apologize to you. Got blees you if you need to deal with this kind of doctors.
