Everyone in the office was friendly informative and really cared about my needs. It’s good to see that old-fashioned. Customer Service still lives to this day. I thank everyone at the office for everything you’ve done. I would highly recommend Sam and his very professional staff

Always get quick response on phone call questions or requests. They explain details, and always do what they say they will do. I like that they are nearby if I ever need to talk in person, although I never have. And I like the lower cost compared to my prior insurance with Nationwide.
