I have been going here every week for over 10 years. The last 2 weeks I noticed a change in the recipe of the bagels. This place was the best. The bagels were done properly, chewy and beautiful. Now they are basically wonder bread in the shape of a bagel. I think they changed recipes. I won't go back and now have to find another place that is not local.
