Greetings All, Brought my 2013 Lincoln MKX to Sam's Auto for a driver side defrost issue and for a right front headlight to be installed. They hooked up the diagnosis and found everything was working properly. When I went to pick up vehicle Sam took the time to show me how to work the controls correctly and put in not only my right headlight but my left one also that I brought in myself.
