Completely awesome! This place has become our spot to celebrate special occasions. The atmosphere is very romantic, so not really a place to bring the kiddies. Chandaliers, table clothes, plants, very nice. The owners are always present and helpful. The wait staff is very attentive. Usually reservations aren't needed but if there is a holiday near, reservations are probably a good idea. Love the brussel sprouts, grilled chicken and roasted potatoes.
I would be a regular at this great restaurant if I lived closer. It is quite nice and the menu had a variety of choices. I had a more than generous serving of lasagna and enjoyed the great atmosphere as well as the wonderful service. There were six in our party ... each ordered a different entrée ... they all were exceptional. Looking forward to my next trip from western New York to your area!
Over rated – I went to this restaurant, after hearing it was the only decent restaurant in Douglasville. So over rated. I think the people that rated this good, have never been to a nice restaurant. Way over priced for the food served. The marinara sauce was the worst I have ever had. I could have made better at home. Not fine cusine. Go to Carraba's or Provino's instead. That is what is offered in the area. Sad.
Date night Sam & Rosco's is a great place to take a date but yet not go far from home. We had a great evening out, excellant food and good company. Great place to get away!
A+ Been here a few times for Christmas parties. It had good wait staff and the food was also very good.

Sam & Rosco's Restaurant is # 1 Sam & Rosco's provides, quite simply, the best food in Atlanta. A must stop for anyone who wants to experience a sweet taste of Italian food and give their taste buds a wake-up call!
Sam & Rosco's Restaurant is fantastic food! The restaurant's ambiance is very cozy and inviting. The staff is courteous. All of the food was very delicious, especially the scrumptious desserts. It is a little more expensive than your average Douglasville fare, but it is so worth it!
I have not dined here often, however I went with a date on Saturday night and had the Eggplant Parmesan, it was the best I ever had! My date had the freid Lobster Tail which I tried and if you like Lobster it is very good. Best atmosphere for a romantic dinner in Douglasville.
