Our old roof had shingles and a gable style that didn’t look good. We wanted to switch to a hip roof and go with tile. Sam Roofing helped us with the full roof replacement and changed the shape too. They rebuilt some parts of the roofing structure to support the new design and added new tiles. They also improved the drainage and flashing so water won’t be a problem. They explained each step and stayed on schedule. The roof now matches our home much better.
We built a new 4,500 sq. ft. home and wanted a tile roof that matched our Spanish-style exterior. Clay was too heavy, so Ray helped us choose fiber cement tiles. His team reinforced the trusses and installed everything with proper overlap. You’d never know they weren’t real clay. We love the roof!
