Sam was simply outstanding. I’ve purchased many homes over the years and found him to be the absolute best. We took over a year to find the right home, yet he was always patient and remained optimistic. As we toured homes, he would point out issues he saw, always balanced, and never pushing for a sale. He truly had our best interests at heart. I would not hesitate to work with him again.
Sam helped my sister and I find an amazing family home in Boulder. He was the realtor we’ve always wanted. He was responsive, a good listener, and ultimately out for our best interest. He helped us negotiate the offer and actually talked us down from the offer we were originally planning to extend as he didn’t feel we needed to go in that high. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to be your real estate agent!!
