Understaffed and office looks low-rent and is very dirty. Secretary is rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Very expensive and doesnt seem to listen or care after your fee is paid. Not aggressive or inquisitive. I hear hes a good lawyer, but Im getting more and more put off by this attorney by the day.
