The front desk staff, is a bunch of slackers. Unprofessional, literally sit their and do nothing, cause patients to miss appointments (while the patient is literally sitting in the waiting area), has patients sit for long hours Miss or uninformed (as to whether they are going to be seen or not) only for the patient to be told at closing (sitting for over 4hrs) that they will not be seen.
