One of THE best doctor experiences I've ever had. Truly from front desk to after appointment help, this office e, staff and dr. Michael have been a pleasant experience. I didnt feel dismissed or undermined. I actually felt reassured and confident. And the care and accommodating they provided with unexpected results from other providers was outstanding as well. Thank you all!
Office staff was very pleasant and helpful. Was seen in a very timely manner. The doctor was knowledgeable but very distracted by his cellphone. He actually took a phone call in the middle of my visit. No apology, after just continued on like nothing happened.
Dr. Michael is very attentive. He listens to all you have to say and gives you the time you need. His staff is excellent and very caring like him.
