We were not familiar with Ottawa, and Sam helped us find the perfect neighbourhood for our condo. He was ultra patient, helpful and professional. Sam is always on the ball! He knows the market and he is always there to show places and act quickly when places become available. There were a few situations we had to deal with around my purchase .
