very poor service and the attitude is like who invited you. sorry i went to the ER asked for a blanket and never got one for the four or more hours in the ER VERY POOR SERVICE NO CARE GOT

Physician was excellent as was most of staff , however, the triage nurse was DANGEROUSLY incompetent.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hospital with the nurse practitioner (Katherine M). I went in late one night to the ER. Everyone else was nice. I was in excruciating pain due to bladder infection. She asks questions, instructs a nurse to start an IV, and then writes a prescription.I fill the prescriptions and take it accordingly.The next night, the same practitioner (Katherine M) was on duty.I explained how much pain I was in, but she tells me I'm not in pain. I was there in 2014 they saved my life the staff is wonderful and I couldn't say enough about how good they took care of me.
Ten nursing staff is great, by it has been my experience some foreign doctors there have little or no knowledge of the conditions they are treating patients for.I would not go back.
My Emergency Room experience was terrible! I came in for 3pm and waited in the waiting room until 5:30pm when an assistant person FINALLY came out and said sorry for the wait but we don't have any rooms available. My emergency was urgent as well as the others waiting before me and we were all put on hold for a kid who had scraped her knee and just needed band aids. The screening process is terrible. When I finally got to a room I waited another hour to see someone while the nurses all laughed, joked, and played around at the... read more

I could not believe how bad the whole experience was. I made the appointment online. Then as instructed faxed the order and insurance information to the fax number given to me. I called to make sure the fax was received. I was told everything was received and in order. I called back 2 additional times last week to verify that there was nothing else needed. I got a call the day before the mri from the hospital to verify the appointment. At that time I was told again that everything was in order and they wanted me to pay in ad... read more
