Terrible cheap furniture, poor warranty – We bought a houseful of furniture. Well, it was their "biggest sale ever!" We bought the service package and sure enough, our ottoman ripped and is wearing out on the side, the dining tables surface is cracking, and the loveseats material is pulled off the frame. Now, we are gentle on our furniture, but we do like to sit on our sofa and eat on our table...with table coverings. They take forever to get your stuff !!!!! – They are real quick to take your money but have nothing in stock . And when they get they try to charge you more money for stuff that you paid for already !!!!
Really poor web site – I am grading the web site which is pretty lame for a company of this size. I was looking for a bookcase. There were no listings for bookcases, nor was there a search option to find any. I quess they want you to come into the store. Sorry, but I do as much research as I can before I head out the door because I don't want to waste gas drving all over town for one item. Too bad Levitz!
