Paul in the service department was great.
I originally bought this vehicle and purchased not only the PermaPlate warranty but also the bumper-to-bumper warranty as well. Within a week after buying this vehicle, I had a "check air filter" light come on the dash. I made an appointment to get the PermaPlate done on my vehicle. This appointment took close to three days because they "lost my keys" or something along those lines, which was no big deal as the dealership put me in a rental.
