I don’t know what happened to this place, but the service is absolutely awful now. Unfriendly staff, endless delays, and no one seems to care whether things are done right. I waited far too long for something that should’ve been simple, and they still managed to mess it up. They treat long-term customers like we’re disposable. If you’re thinking about going here—don’t. There are better options with people who actually know what they’re doing.

I had an unpleasant experience with this service department. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but feel compelled to do so if I think it will save someone else from having their time or money wasted like mine was. I was having an electrical issue with my car and decided to have it towed in to Sullivan Parkhill in Champaign for repair. I spoke with Charles "Chuck" Norris, who claimed to be the service manager. I recommend working with Sean Daniels. Very caring, very, very patient. He made our experience totally worth it! Buying a vehicle is a laborious task. Researching, haggling, spending large amounts of money isn't fun and Sean made the time go by and as painless as possible. Thanks again, Sean!

I had my engine serviced by the service department and they were very professional and found out the reason for my engine light was coming on. They guys at the service department was very concerned about my problem and fixed the problem.

Mike in the body shop was fantastic. He went above and beyond- he was able to get my car looked at and fixed in a timely manner. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Highly recommend- will be back for all my car needs.
