Buyer beware. Sales process and closing the deal was easy. I wish that was the end of the story. The dealer had a we owe for some paint work to which they sublet that out to a third party that they contracted with. The dealer promised a delivery date of Monday which didn’t happen, then the sales manager Mike said it would be a Thursday delivery that same week which also didn’t happen. Met with Bruce Spencer yesterday on the advice of James Nussbaum. Both of these men are absolutely first class in their trades, Bruce in sales and James in service. James assured me that he had gone through the vehicle thoroughly and it was in excellent condition despite being slightly used. Edit: if you buy a car and have something wrong after 150 miles they will leave you hanging. Still waiting for a call back. Would not trust thier service department. When you buy a used car their service department is going to miss a lot if it was a trade in fyi. Kelsey and Mike (Sales Manager) are very honest people and took the time to explain a lot to me.

Jeremy, a service advisor Kimberly, Mike and I worked with, was a absolutely amazing. Claims process was a little rocky due to some hiccups, but because he was patient, hard working and professional, we were able to finish the claim to completion.
