Excellent responsiveness from the sales team, they went the extra mile to find me the perfect 3 series I was looking for. Helped me with options for lease vs buy. Virtual finance experience was a little clunky from a communication standpoint, but great to do all the paperwork digitally.

We recently purchased an X5 from Ernest and the team. The team was great to deal with, and Ernest was very responsive at every message and phone call.
