Bought my car here last year. Had a decent experience buying the car, not really any issues other than the salesman not telling me the car I was supposed to be looking at was not for sale anymore and showed me something else. Ended up liking and buying it anyways. Fast forward to almost a year of ownership. Car breaks down on the way home from work late at night. The Service Manager, Jeremy Goad made sure my issues were addressed immediately and more importantly and from a thorough inspection - a whole lot cheaper than originally anticipated! Super Happy with the team at BMW of Bloomington!!
