Took my BMW to get an estimate on 5/28/25 This guy Mitch E had a terrible attitude from the start .... I had hail damage, to hood ,roof , fender & bumper & broken windshield .... you could Obviously determine he did not want to do the estimate. He hurried to get through it because my son was waiting for it to be done.. He then came out with the repair list .. @ a $ 978. 00 total ... did not include all hail damage to my vehicle ...did not include windshield, bumper, fender... so I gave him a call to see what was going on ... read more
