We had a great experience during the (second) visit to Dr. Kwon’s Dentistry. Medical Asst.: Rachel/Rachael was our med assistant/nurse today and she tried to connect with and calm our daughter. She was patient, sweet, and informative. Her care showed that this office values staff training and cohesion, patient education, and just warmth/having an understanding demeanor. My 5 y/o had to have two teeth pulled recently and Dr. Wills and Renetta were amazing! They were very gentle and totally made my son feel comfortable during the procedure. Ana did my daughter’s sealants and she was great also. Totally recommend Kwon Pediatric Dentistry!
