Hart Roofing and Construction has just completed installing my new roof here in Portsmouth, Rhode island. Have to say from start to finish this company has been top notch, from the office staff to the roofing and ground crew. Special thanks to Matt Hart, the job foreman and outreach person, who has steadily supervised from day one and has communicated daily to make sure the customer is both updated and pleased. Plus, they really clean up well! I highly recommend this company.
I was very happy with the roof replacement, which involved clear communication, an easy-to-understand estimate and explanation of materials, timely work, and excellent clean-up.
