I called them about the guest bathroom toilet making noise when not in use and a replacement of a new faucet for my kitchen. They came out within 24-48 hours and were on time. The other company's told me if it was not emergency that would take 3-5 days. Very happy with the new owner and his attention to detail. Will continue to recommend to friends and clients !
My wife and I have used them for years. They fixed a leak under our kitchen sink last year and were back a week later. A couple months later they were back to repair a loose faucet. A couple times in the past 2 months I have had to tighten it myself and now it is loose again.
