I have been a State Farm customer for over 30 years, more than 15 of those years with Sam Hunt and his staff as my agent and insurance team. Sam's professionalism and customer service have exceeded that of his predecessors. I have always received excellent professional advice, whether there was a claim issue, a coverage question, or something as simple as changing my mailing address, Sam and his team have always been there when I needed them. I highly recommend the Sam Hunt State Farm agency.
I would strongly discourage anyone from using Sam Hunt or State Farm. I have never been more disgusted with a person or company in my life. After being a customer with no claims for 7 years we got no assistance from Sam... not even Im really sorry! Just a... you didnt have the right coverage. Isn't that your job to make sure your clients have the right coverage? Choose someone else or you might end up with catastrophic water damage and not even a sympathetic apology.
Sam Hunt is very personable and makes it easy. He's knowledgable and a good communicator. You can't go wrong with Sam!

Not a super great experience with Sam Hunt State Farm agency. about two years ago my vehicle was stolen and it was a lot of myself following up with the location and back and forth to make sure things got handled properly. I did more calling than I probably should have done, outside of that I still stayed with this location. Following up this time around my card lapsed as the card's expiration date hit, which I should have had noticed, but this is where it got interesting.
