Not a super great experience with Sam Hunt State Farm agency. about two years ago my vehicle was stolen and it was a lot of myself following up with the location and back and forth to make sure things got handled properly. I did more calling than I probably should have done, outside of that I still stayed with this location. Sam and his staff have been very helpful to us throughout the years. Sam is always accommodating and even came in on a Saturday to meet with us and go over our insurance coverage to ensure we have everything we need. It is very difficult in this world today to find good customer service. Sam and his staff are great! We appreciate it!!

State Farm is the worst insurance company. Horrible custoner service. Avoid them at all costs!
