I just witness a talk between a lady with a 2 year old and a associate of this co. She just moved in and they are refusing to cut the lights on for her because the lady that did live here owes a bill. The lady moving does not owe a bill. Gave them all the copies they asked for with a motorized lease agreement. They still refused. She has a infant. It is cold outside and the baby cant even come home because no lights. Awful experience with a few ladies in New Construction. They Talked ugly to me, 1 lady was rude & hollering at me. Last lady was super nice that I spoke with with. Can’t remember names, If I could choice another Electric company I would for that reason. Only Company that serves my area In conroe Tx. You don’t treat paying customers that way! Glad my service is on so I don’t have to deal with new construction ladies .
