Absolutely terrible and inconsiderate on the highway. Coming up to a collision this driver was behind me in the lane to the left of me. As I let the 2 people in front and one next to me over this driver floors it all the way past my truck to then force his way in. Once past the collision he cuts left again making the park ranger slam on his brakes.
