As a chiropractor, I understand the importance of soft tissue mobilization. My session with Sam for fascia release was everything my body has been craving. No communication
You don't know how much you need Sam until a year goes by and she reminds you how much you need her. I went in for a massage today to help with a pain I had between my shoulder blades. Before we start she says, Tell me what's going on? And you find yourself scanning your body and telling her about more than the original purpose.
