Buying a home, especially as a single person is a large chore. Samantha Harrison really takes the time to look in detail and find/point out things you may miss. She was readily available and VERY thorough. She fought for me and got me a price that I was comfortable paying. Every little bit counts in this market and she will go the distance to get it.
