RUDE, MEAN, AND HEARTLESS. I was in tears and could not pull myself out of bed all day after my consult with him. He has no empathy for other peoples pain. I have a speech impediment and Major Nuerocognitive disorder , and some words I am unable to say, such as one of my diagnosis dysautonia. I chatted with Sam Caras about my case for an hour on Thursday, March 21st, 2024. I should have left when he showed up to our consultation 10 minutes late, WITHOUT SHOES, and in joggers. He spoke to me like i was stupid, asked repeated and inappropriate questions that border on sexual harassment under the guise of "the other guy's insurance will access your medical records" which has been confirmed to me by a second attorney to have absolutely no relevance.
