Unhelpful and wouldn’t make the appointment . First question was about my insurance and not even reason for visit . I’ve seen the response and it is a politically correct Uncaring and meaningless answer you’ve made no effort to reach out for rectify the situation. Your staff was cold and all you cared about is charging an insurance company not even the procedure I wanted
I had a great experience with Dr. Aly. He is approachable and helped ease the anxiety of the process/procedure. He is a professional who takes the time to answer questions, and I highly recommend him for any of your urology needs.
Dr. Aly has the confidence everyone wants in a Doctor. He’s calm , cool and gives off a comfort one needs when getting a procedure done. Great guy
I was calling to make an appointment. The front desk was very rude. They denied making the appointment, saying I needed to go to urgent care first before they could make an appointment, which is crazy. I've never seen this in my life. I have been denied medical assistance. This is crazy, even though my insurance doesn't need a referral to see any specialist.
My significant other had prostate surgery with Dr. Ally and he was an awesome doctor and great surgeon and great personality.
