Well I guess there was a misunderstanding about my two dogs stay at Sam and Dannis. I was informed that there would be only three employees caring for 120 dogs, but the employee misinformed me. I picked up my two dogs today and everything was just fine! Thank you Sam and Dannis for everything! The owner explained the situation to me and there were enough employees to take care of all the dogs. Again, just a misunderstanding....Thanks!
Yesterday before 6pm on a Friday, I dropped off my two dogs, only to be told that I have a reservation for one dog, ugh! But they took both dogs, saying that they would have to share a 4x5 kennel. I have a mini golden doodle and a standard doodle; I sure hope they get a chance to get out of that crate and play! Also the woman who checked us in, said that they were having 120 dogs for the weekend, and there are only 3 employees to care for them! I am not returning!!!!!!!
