I have been a client of Sam-D Mechanic Shop for many years, his services never disappoint. From Oil changes, brakes to tires, he has you covered. Great service &customer care. Nice spacious waiting room - Located 2 minutes off the highway 17 In the heart of hawksbury.
Brought my car for an oil change on Wednesday Jan 3rd. I picked up my car, and then it suddenly started to over-heat and i’ve never had issues with that before. I asked them why it was doing that, they said don’t know and just filled my prestone. 2 days later, i’m stuck at work because it’s over-heating again. Again, never had that problem before. I called the garage to let them know of the situation, they told me it was my problem. Bad service.
Friendly, but will not admit to a mistake. After brake work I could not remove my lug nuts about a month later. I went back to Sam and he loosened a few with their impact gun and said there was nothing wrong. They tried again the next day after I could not budge them. They then broke my lock nut tool and told me I would have to go to the dealer. The dealer succeeded and said were over torqued! I worked on aircraft for 30 years and knew that.
