4 months ago I had two BCC's surgically removed, one from my hand and the 2nd on my nose, which meant a skin graft was needed. Thanks to both Dr Sam Cunneen & Anaesthetist Jeremy MacFarlane, for the "stress free" day surgery procedure. Special thanks to Dr Sam and his amazing clinic staff - Jo, Tamla, Aleece, & Charlie for the wonderful followup care. They say no query or concern is too much trouble and really mean it, which has been very much appreciated.
Dr Sam was exceptional. He was incredibly kind and caring throughout the whole process from consultation to post op recovery. The team and staff members during operation were phenomenal aswell. He was quite gentle and thoughtful during operation. Couldn't reccomend more
I never told Dr.Cunneen why I never went back to remove my bcc on my cheek. I went to see the doctor in June 2024 for a bcc on my cheek, he did a punch biopsy and after about 2 days on a Sunday (of course) it got infected, I tried calling the office but no response !! No answering machine , nowhere to reach the doctor or at least a staff member. So I went to st. John Urgent Care Clinic and had to pay I don’t remember how much.. I feel very fortunate to have been treated by this surgeon. He has operated on my face twice to remove a BCC, and both experiences were excellent. Not only is he a highly skilled and competent surgeon but he is also genuinely kind and caring. From the moment you meet him, he puts you at ease.
