Scam company, buys home loans and then doesn't allow people to make payments so they can try to steal the house. I can't even get an actual person to get a mortgage statement to try and transfer the loan elsewhere. Website "can't find my loan", I drove two hours to one of their offices to make a payment and found an empty office and other neighboring offices said they've never seen anybody enter those offices.

We clearly communicated how and why we needed the title done at the outset of our communications. We were assured that would be no problem. Once we were down to the wire, we were told that the title could not be done the way we needed it to be. Closing costs were exorbitant, and we didn't see the final settlement statement (which had multiple errors) until we were at closing. The person we worked with directly was very responsive and helpful. If you have another option for your lending needs, I'd suggest you go that route.
