This is by far the worst place I have ever went to do my taxes. I came in on February 10th. After three weeks of asking them why I couldn’t see my information on the IRS website they kept telling me just to be patient and the IRS was behind. Almost a month after I saw them they finally admitted they were having system problems and we’re not able to E file my refund, and it would be sent in the mail.
